The apartment is within the Las Cumbres De La Riviera complex, which is on phase 4 of the Riviera Del Sol Urbanisation.

The complex is secured, access is via remote controlled electronic gates. We have an allocated underground car parking space (a benefit in the high summer temperatures as this keeps the car cool) which is accessible by a lift.

Within a 5-minute drive from the apartment there are a variety of restaurants and bars, two supermarkets, the Aztec sports club, Miraflores golf course and the local beach. The marina and beach at Cabopino are a 10 minute drive away (see picture below).
